He’s not donning the Elvis suit for too many REACH dances anymore, but Rory says the next best thing is entertaining fans of Rory Radio each week over the Internet.
Tonight Rory the King streams again, 7pm Central Daylight Savings Time, from his studio in Liberated Roseland.
Personally, I prefer this white with gold lamé lapel and scarf to the black jumpsuit with Little Richard wig, but it all managed to get the job done at the time. The tennis shoes are just the right touch. A lot of dreams came true when Marvin and Rory brought their Mobile DJ Service to town.

Rory, I meant to tell you that I’ve been sending one of my coworkers emails about 2 in the morning after everyone’s left telling him that I sure wish he’d go get me a hamburger. When the cafeteria closed its night shift a couple of weeks ago, I shot everyone an email saying it would be nice if someone went over there on the last night and bought me a hamburger. My boss then went out and got me 10 double-cheeseburgers from McDonalds. I thought of you, but only ate 3 of them. I sang “Overweight Blues” last week in honor of my recent binge eating. Could you play that tonight?
